I don't have much of a story today.I will say that Super Bowl eve was a great training day. Erica, Jen, Beth and I saddled up our bikes at Jen's and rode from South Fort Collins to Loveland, Colorado. We jumped off our bikes after an hour and 45 minutes and went for a run down Summer Rest trail and enjoyed one of the best views of the intracoastal waterway and Wrightsville Beach.

We finished the brick workout and Jen made a huge breakfast of scrambled eggs and hash browns. We had coffee and fruit and beautiful mimosas (without the orange juice). We spent HOURS chatting about nothing and everything. It was an incredible day of work and play.
